There is no way to know how such an increase will affect game resources your game may freeze up and die on you trying to load a dungeon that huge shrug and if you change room count make sure you also change the dust per floor so you don t end up with 50 dust total and 95 unpowered rooms.

I think the factor 0 part means that after floor 11 for min and 12 for max the values don t keep increasing.
Also there were almost zero minor module slots.
Also there needs to be a connection from all powered rooms to the core so you cannot power any room on the floor if it s not connected to the core.

Because we defined the global possible shapes of each floor you can exceed this partly random limit with the xml value.
